Shipping Policy

We provide delivery throughout Jordan.

• Amman: Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed within the applicable delivery schedule. The delivery fee is JOD 3.
• Other governorates: Delivery is generally completed within 24 hours after order confirmation. The delivery fee is JOD 5.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order confirmation time, destination, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide a correct address and an active phone number. Our team or the delivery company may contact the customer to confirm the order and delivery details.

Cash on delivery is available. Customers may inspect the delivered package and verify that the product matches the order before accepting it, subject to the delivery procedure.

If a package arrives visibly damaged or the delivered product does not match the order, please do not use the product and contact us immediately with the order number and clear photos.

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an incorrect or defective product approved after inspection.
